Made-to-Order Production

Every GGC item is produced specifically for your order once it's placed — nothing is pre-made or pulled from stock. This means your order goes through a production stage before it ships, which is separate from shipping transit time.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2-7 business days, depending on the product. Items with multiple components (like the card guard, once available) may take slightly longer than single-item apparel orders. Production time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

International Orders

We ship internationally, including to the EU and Northern Ireland. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order includes multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and ship separately. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, we may not be able to make changes once an order enters production. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Delays

Occasionally, production or shipping may take longer than expected due to high order volume, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@ggcgear.com and we'll look into it.
