1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ggcgear.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through this Site.

3. Products and Made-to-Order Fulfillment

All GGC products are produced on demand — nothing is pre-manufactured or held in stock. Each order is created specifically for you after purchase, through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Product images are representative; actual color may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the nature of garment-dyed fabric.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable products — if this happens after payment has been taken, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All original designs, slogans, artwork, logos, and brand marks featured on GGC products and this Site — including but not limited to the GGC name, club mark, and original slogan library — are the property of GGC Gear and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any GGC design or slogan without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product grants you no rights to the design itself beyond the physical item purchased.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is." Except as expressly stated in our Refund & Return Policy or required by applicable law (including the statutory warranty for EU and Northern Ireland customers described there), we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the products or the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGC Gear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

This Site is powered by Shopify and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners. Your use of the Site is also subject to Shopify's own terms where applicable. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (such as EU/Northern Ireland law) provides otherwise.
